Our software is an invitation to collaborative design. Please do not hesitate to contact us with an idea for a feature you are looking for: it might be a piece of functionality others have not thought of before, but would have great use for. Our product line has been built from scratch from users' suggestions. Although many ideas do not make it into public releases immediately, each one is carefully taken into consideration. Constructive criticism of the current design is always welcome.


If you are having a problem with our package, be it its installation process, the software itself, or rather a third-party cooperative component, we would like to know about it. Your problem might be a legitimate bug, but then again it might be something that can be easily resolved over e-mail. If we can replicate and correct the problem you are experiencing, a dedicated fix is usually scheduled for the next service release. In case of serious, usability-limiting technical issues, a special update can be prepared as soon as technically feasible.
